Prescient’s extensive history with China began in 2009 with our establishment of a representative office in Shanghai China.  In September 2012 we were the first institution in Africa to receive a Qualified Foreign Institutional Investor licence providing us with access to the very stringent Chinese capital markets.  In November 2015 Prescient incorporated Prescient Investment Consulting (Shanghai) PTY Ltd, establishing its working presence in the Chinese Mainland.
