Standard Bank has designed the AI Participation Note for Investors who want exposure to global AI equity markets with the certainty of downside protection. The product is either 100% capital protected, or capital at risk based on the investor’s election, provided the investment is held to the maturity date.

The AI Participation Note is an index-linked investment referencing the performance of the S&P Kensho Artificial Intelligence Enablers & Adopters 5% decrement Index (EUR) NTR (“The Index”). The AI Participation Note provides the investor with the opportunity to participate in uncapped growth potential of The Index, while having the choice to either have an uncapped upside with 140% participation and capital at risk at maturity should the index be down 40% or more at maturity, or 100% capital protection with 100 00% participation to the index. The investment term is for a period of three and a half years.
